  • Eligible Participants may also be eligible to apply for a medal and hard copy certificate by following the instructions provided during or after the contest.

  • Winners will receive a medal, printed certificate, and an appreciation certificate via home delivery, as per the contest guidelines.

  • The Indian Art Fest reserves the right to verify entries before issuing any recognition.

  • Delivery timelines for physical items may vary based on location and logistics.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, images, logo, layout) is owned by The Indian Art Fest.

  • User-submitted artwork remains your property, but by submitting, you give us permission to:

    • Display your name and artwork on our website

    • Use it for contest results and promotions (with credit to you)

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for technical issues, server outages, or loss of data during submissions.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site.
